Patricia M. Green is the driving force behind Performance Coaching Inc. She is the founder and President and has a strong understanding of what businesses need. Patricia has served as Director of Training and Organizational Development for a 2.5. billion community bank in the Washington, DC area. She has also served as Group Vice President of Private Banking, and has experience in investments, retail sales, commercial lending and customer service. Patricia has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She earned a Training Specialist Certificate from Georgetown University, is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is a certified coach. All this education and life skills makes Patricia the perfect Performance Coach.
